My Ruthless Prince is Drake's, the Earl of Westwood's story. I have been waiting to read Drakes and Emily Harpers story and believe me it Did NOT Disappoint. We finally get to find out if Drake has really become a traitor to the Order of St. Michaels which he once belonged or is within deep cover in the Promethean Council.

This was one of the best stories in this series. The love between Drake and Emily was written perfectly. They are two wonderful characters you will fall in love with.

We get the answers and some resolution to questions the readers of this series has had since bk.1 My Wicked Marquess. We also, have some sad results we lose one of our beloved warriors, but his death is revenged.

I Highly Recommend "My Ruthless Prince" a fitting name I might say and the entire Inferno Club series.

For me, this was Foley's best book written. It was a love story entwined in an exciting and suspenseful action story - one even the men in my family also enjoyed. If they kept true to Foley's book, it would make a great action-adventure movie. The characters were realistic and the love conquers all theme truly made this one of the best books of the year.
I hoped to like this story, based on other reviews, however I found myself bored and irritated with the silly plot, which requires heavy suspension of disbelief A gamekeeper's daughter in 1812 travels alone from England to Bavaria how? The Prometheans is a dark and evil secret society full of English lords....in Bavaria? Why would James Falkirk (Chief Evildoer)ever believe that Drake (The Hero) has joined his ranks, since Drake has been tortured by James himself? Why is this book set in Bavaria at all? Here's a choice sample of prose "Then the horse joined the battle, trying to bite him, ears flattened against its head. Drake saw those bared ivory teeth coming at him in the darkness and was just in time to swat the horse's head way, barking a rebuke." I do like a good international intrigue/historical romance, but your dollars could be better spent elsewhere....
would've rated this book higher if it wasn't for the epilogue. Well written book and i enjoyed it immensely up until the epilogue. With a story as well told as this, you will find yourself investing on the characters and will want to know what happens to them after-- which is the point of the epilogue. But the epilogue is just a set-up for the next book in the series and has nothing to do with this book. Ms. Foley should know that if she writes her books as well as she wrote My ruthless prince, we will continue to buy her books-- no need to use her epilogues as advertisements for her next ones. If anything, its off putting and ruined what would've been a thoroughly satisfying read.
First of all, you must read the series in order to truly appreciate this book. MRP is extremely well crafted. There are so many twists and turns in the plot. Just when you think all is resolved, something else happens to carry the story down a new road. The passion and love between Emily and Drake is very powerful and moving. This book is much darker than the others with more violence. I was captivated and hated to see it end. Well done Ms Foley.
Another instalment of the Inferno Club series. The characters are riveting, where you have to delve deep to find the true character of the man compared to what to portrays to the world. Westwood appears a traitor to his friends but his forbidden (if you will) childhood love has never given up on him. The book is full of twists and turns and is a page turner.
WOW, a novel with twists, evil men, good men and one good women! And romance!! I really did not know how it would turn out. I am going to read the next book in the series, so ta.
I did not like the first two books in this series. The third book changed my mind, it was actually good. So I moved on to this fourth book and once again I am undecided if I like this series! Drake is broken and Emily is the only person who can save him. I will never understand Drake' s loyalty to Falkirk (the Promethean who saved him from torture) I sometimes felt Drake was actually loyal to him and other times felt he was only using him to bring down the Prometheans. I finally decided it had to be both, and poor Emily just follows along. Which leads me to my frustration with Emily. Yes true love maybe strong but everyone has a breaking point. I believe if she had been able to escape she would have....luckily for Drake the author doesn't provide Emily that chance!
